Rawflower's began in '05 (in Maine), out on my little porch that had a leaky roof, leaky windows and a space heater with only the sun providing the lighting. With no training, no confidence, no direction ~ I just started to doodle and while I was doodling, little characters came forward out of the mystical energy field with a message about who they were: There's a world of imagination out there ~ a real Imagination World with living cartoon characters!
There are many, many characters living in another dimension waiting to come forward to be in our world. Just pick up a pencil and see... you too can bring them out from behind the veil of a logical,rational mind.
I left my RN position to take a chance on love with these characters and soon found angels guiding me and pulling me away from art to write for them. So, I took some time off from art but just recently began building this little website. It is a work (love) in progress.
One of my purposes in life is to tell the story about this Imagination World in the most simplest way; to encourage expansion in our consciousness of the possibility of 'other' life forms existing as energetic cartoon characters. May I be blessed to fulfill my purpose.

A quirky 45-year old woman who doesn't want to play in the "real world" anymore and so she spends her days
creating art, talking with angels, editing her books (over and over again) and dreaming big!

I began creating art in 2005 (tried a bit before 2005 but that's another story). It wasn't until I became a 'little girl character' named, Rawflower, that I explored the creative energy field of art freely. Leaving behind the 'me' that is known to the world (holding onto fears and limitations about letting the Truth of who I was out ~ an aRtiSt); to be the 'character girl' with no boundries to imagination.
I gave myself permission to be an artist with this new identity.
While creating art ~ tapping into the mystical, magical right mind ~ I began having some supernatural experiences. This also happened at the same time I was leaving my nursing position. My soul was calling out for peace and love; it was done with stressful living.
Leaving the old world and moving into the new world brought forward a new reality that actually lives in another dimension of my personal Earth experience. I had awakened to hearing the angels that have been communicating with me since I became an awareness in the Universe.
After my encounter with the angels and with hearing universal wisdom, my artwork drastically improved; and, my imagination and creativity are never-ending. The angels began making themselves known to me in 05' (the supernatural experiences were increasing), but I was still a closed-minded thinker and shrugged off most experiences as nothing.
(I began writing for the angels in '06.)
To help increase the freedom in my mind that I was experiencing, I would be this 'character girl' to slip into while creating art; which freed creation instead of being bottled up in fear because I was not officially trained and wondering 'how the world would perceive 'me' as an artist'?
At this point in my life my artwork is changing. I love being GRUNGY, so you will see a lot of angel messages written on the paper and canvas; then covered up with layers of different mediums. I love to add scribbles for depth and a textured look. I love to paint over images, to restart the creation process utilizing the underlying image as a starting point. I'm into exploring the abstract world of art as well.
I write for the angels now; self-published four books filled with their messages; I do a bit of energy healing work instead of working as an RN; I am the Administrator of the Divine Mystery School... I create art.
... and all glory is given to God because without God's Energy, I couldn't even move a pencil.
